Preventing Menubar/Navbar from shrinking when scrolling

I can’t find settings to prevent the navbar shrinking when scrolling through a webpage. As I needed to increase the size of the logo I adjusted the code, but now when you scroll the logo stays the same size, but the menu bar moves up when shrinking…

I can add the logo in through the Renew theme options, however it is tiny

}

nav.smaller .main-menu {

in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

Thanks for looking into that, I have however still got an issue with the logo. When you scroll half of the logo disappears when it goes to the shrunken menu? Please see attached
