Remove header in mobile and tablets

I set the header 2 but in mobiles appears the header 1. Can you please remove it or fixed?

I attach the screenshot.
Also, I give you admin access in private.

It is quite urgent.

Sorry, but when I use yellow pencil for reponsive option, I don’t see what I see on my mobile.
