I have increased the limit but yet it is still the same.
PHP version must be at least 5.5 > now I still see 5.4 . Please increase PHP VERSION .
I increased to .5 cleared cache and had the same effect also went to 7.0 and still the same.
Demo content successfully is installed using the third method All in one (documentation ) .
Please use new access (dont forget change ) .
