Hei I have been using the them for almost a year now and have been very satisfied, however i noticed a big problem for the website now, I’m trying to change some things on the meny, widgets and so on but when i go to Customise everything is gone, its all empty. And the footer looks strange as well (se attached files), this is kind of a crisis. Im running some “campaigns” on the site and I’m afraid to reinstall the theme so i will miss everything.
As i explained on the first message that i lost the ability to change anything on the “customize” area, as you see on the screenshot attached the page is empty, all the menu that was on the left side is gone, nothing works. At the same time the footer has the strange code and its <span style=”color: #777777; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: center; background-color: #181818;”>[footer_name]Sande Auto Åsane[/footer_name] </span>
Im not abel to customize anything on the page at the moment.
Please make sure that you have enough power your hosting to handle such amount of third-party plugins or disable them . Please refer to your hosting provider becose this problem not reffering to our theme .
