Hello,
I can’t see any option to enable Search in the Fixar theme.
Hi
Where exactly do you want to enable search ?
Thanks
Hi Alex,
I would like to enable search at the Top-Right of the header, to the left of where you have the Social icons. Please check attached screenshot.
Thanks!

Hi Alex,
Please use the credentials below to access my sandbox site.
Private Content HiddenHi Alex,
I’d already sent the WordPress credentials along with the FTP credentials.
Once again sending them to you.
Private Content HiddenResponse: 421 Too many connections from this IP
Error: Could not connect to serverUnfortunately during operation your server rejected my connection . Please ask your hosting provider not to block my country Belarus .
Thanks
Hi Alex,
Please try this new server instead.
Private Content HiddenUnfortunately I can not make any changes , maybe you use some methods of caching .
I rename folder theme but the site works .
Please use this hint to set the search in the top bar here /wp-content/themes/fixar/templates/header/
Thanks
Yes I am using WP Fastest Cache. But you could have simply disabled that, not a big deal no?
I am aware of that link you shared. Since you offered to help I waited for your solution. It’s funny now after being able to access the site / FTP, you are giving up, because of a simple reasons as cache 😀 !!!
Anyway, why isn’t the search integrated in the theme by default, in the first place. I fail to understand this?
Also there are very basic CSS flaws in your theme, which I have fixed myself. The tag don’t seem to work at all. I’d to define the CSS for that myself.
Also there don’t seem to be any Tag for Service CPT?
Thanks for trying to help at least! But seriously there’s a lot of work to be done in your theme still.
Dear customer .
Unfortunately, I don’t quite understand why you’re being so aggressive against someone who’s trying to help you . You can disable the cache yourself and not make me waste time on it except for plugins there is a server cache and it may take longer than you think .
The standard search exists in the theme and is located in sidebar . The template has all default WordPress elements and it is tested by Envato team . If you are not satisfied with the template then you can request a refund and do not insult me .
Unfortunately I’m not quite comfortable with the nature of the language you’re using. Let’s continue our conversation using the business ethics. Thank you.
That’s called constructive criticism mate, learn to deal with it!
Don’t worry, when I feel the need to switch I will.
Anyway, your theme doesn’t have RTL which is an important requisite for this project of mine.
To disable the cache doesn’t take even 5 seconds, which I don’t think, if you’d done it, would have made you waste your time.
Anyway, thanks for your help. I still have some issues with your theme, like Tags in Services CPT; for which I will be creating a REQUEST SOON.
Good Day mate 🙂
I appreciate your criticism and it is very important for us , but please do not enable any cache if are working third-party people as it gives some inconvenience .
PS: Our theme does not advertise RTL support.
Thanks
Ok Alex!
Got your point regarding cache. Henceforth, I will make sure not to enable any sort of cache while asking for support/help.
At the end of the day, you have been a great help.
Thank you very much.
How to Add/Integrate Search in theme, can't see any?
