After install theme various WP errors and issue with demo import

Hi,

few days ago I bought this theme and I have many issues with it.

I use PHP version 7.1 with the settings what you write here: https://support.templines.com/knowledge-base/recommended-php-configuration-limits/

After I install the theme, the WP system messages changed to “{}” format and for eg when I try to delete Twenty Seventeen theme, I got “Deletion failed: undefined” message (before ExProduct installation, theme deleting worked well).

The second issue is after I modify something (for eg when I made your user), I got white screen, and nothing happens.

And the third issue is that the demo import doesn’t work. It looks like that works, but sometimes I got some ajax error, or nothing happens.

Please help me, how to solve these issues. I work every day with wordpress, I’ve built about a hundred site with WP, but I’ve never seen such an unstable yet, after installed this theme.

Hi

I am very sorry that this happened but please give me the correct FTP accesses or ask your hosting provider not to block my country Belarus so I can check it .

Response: 550 PWD: Permission denied
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Error: Could not read from socket: ECONNRESET – Connection reset by peer
Error: Disconnected from server

Demo content successfully is installed using the third method All in one https://support.templines.com/knowledge-base/demo-migration/ .

Please use new access (dont forget change ) .

please note that we also made a backup of your site before
