The appointment page does not work, and I need to turn a thing of my header off – Templines Support Forum

I need to solve 2 issues that I have with my farvis template (Surgery Demo).

1. I have check everywhere and I have not found where can I turn off the buttom which is located at the header of my website with a call to action “Free Consultation”. I need to know where can I turn it off or erase it.

2. I have been working on my appointment page, but when I try to make a proof booking any appointment, it does not allow to select any date. I can not find where can I activate that page to let it works as simple and normal as it appears. The following URL is located the booking page (clic on “reservar mi cita ahora” and you will see the calendar with a forbidden icon: https://www.acquirofanos.com/wp/reserva-cita/
