Error activating the theme in wordpress

I’ve just buy the theme renew and tried to install in wordpress many times. It’s install ok, but when I clic to activate the theme, I got this message error in the browser:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/storage/9/69/dc/mamaetrabalhaemcasa/public_html/wp-content/themes/renew/library/includes/menu_walker.php on line 51

After that I can’t access the page anymore and I have to uninstall the theme by FTP to have wordpress working again.
Could you help me?
