Our Services options in template not working

There are only 2 options under the Our Services heading unlike your advertised template that has 5 options.

When I click on Tires on my page, nothing happens, but when I click on and of your services it works perfectly.

I haven’t even changed anything on this page. How can it be broken already!?!?!?
