Remove a single icon and circle from Contact Form?

How do I remove a single icon from the contact form? I can hide the icon using the editor that comes with your theme, but I cannot remove the gray or white circle around it?

A screen shot is attached. I am trying to remove the 3rd cirle with no icon in it.
