Hi,
Using WordPress 4.8
After installing the the autozone theme we activated all plugins. When WordPress activates PixThemeCustom we get a blank screen and are unable to access the admin panel.
Whe then renamed the plugins folder for plugins-off and was able to reaccess the admin panel. The error message we get is:
The plugin pix-auto-deal/pixad-autos.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
AND
The plugin pixtheme-custom/pixtheme-custom.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
I can we fix this issue.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Alex,
Attached you will find an image with an Error related to FTP for the PixTheme-Custom plugin. The small ftp app is always giving an error on the FTP connection. But we are able to access the web servers FTP via Filezilla without no issue. Thanks for your help.
Important
At the moment we limit our FTP connections to specific IPs. Tried firewall access from anywhere and is giving me “Unable to find wp-content”. When closing to specific IPs
we get “There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.”
Why are we using FTP to update and/or install Plugins.
Attached is a screenshoot
Thanks in advance

You can try this https://digwp.com/2010/11/ftp-in-wpconfig/
or this https://wordpress.org/plugins/ftp-access/
Thanks.
Hi Alex,
The plugin has been installed and activated successfully. My FTP issue was permissions issue on my side.
I start to work with the Theme now.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
