Changing background color or adding image to background in boxed layout form

I’d like to add an image pattern to be used on the border around the boxed layout form.

I tried going to — customize — global colors — background image —

but that did not change the background …..

For this you should update the theme version to 1.4.1

And install the plugin http://take.ms/y3Cte
