Hello-
I’ve been wrestling with the demo content for about a month now. I downloaded the Moresa theme from Envato and had TONs of issues with the demo content. (tried three times)
Because there’s no way for me to get the purchase code through Envato, came back to Themeforest and purchased the theme again just so I could get the purchase code so I could contact you for help!
So far, this has been a less than desirable process.
That said, after removing all content I uploaded the new theme and at first glance, it looked like all demo content had loaded. That however is not the case.
So-
I was wondering if you could help me make sure all the demo content has loaded.
Under the Services category, I would be grateful for your help in loading the page content for all the “Department” pages. (1,2 and 3)
Also, I’d like to use the “Portfolio Isotope” 3 column layout for that section but I noticed in the live demo above the thumbnail images there is a sub nave that relates to the below images. Branding | Design | Business | Marketing | etc. For some reason I do not have that on my site after uploading the demo content and would love your help in adding/fixing that as well.

Don’t know what you did but I cannot access my site anymore.
Also see that the site is live which is what I didn’t want either.
Where is the “coming soon landing page i had that was live?
Where are all he latest content additions I’ve been working on?
It looks like you just reloaded the demo content over what I had already done.
that’s not what I wanted. I just needed help in the two areas I pointed out in my earlier note.
What concerns me more- is that no one on my team including myself as admin can log in or access the site anymore.
Please help me with access so I can roll this back!!!
I imported the demo content using the dump to make it completely consistent with our demo becose your main question is related to demo import . Please try be more concise and detailed in future to avoid confusion .

I was VERY specific as to what I needed.
Maybe instead of eliminating all the content on the site, you should take more time reading yourself.
Why would you make yourself sole admin on our site then, eliminate all other users?
There was no way for any of us to access the site!
You eliminated hours of work!
Take more care next time hot shot.
Can you get my team back in there please!!!!
