Hi,
I’m testing the procedure “Sell your car”.
Inserted all data required and sent auto for approval.
Two errors noticed:
- On step 3, when clicking on “main photo > manage gallery” it opens a screen with title “insert movie” and user cannot insert a .jpg file.
- “Gallery photos > manage gallery” works as expected but on click “upload auto” button it goes to a blank screen with text “Error loading media file.” on top of it.
User role is “Autodealer”.
Error no.1 happens also on your demo, error no.2 happens only on my demo site.
Please help me solve this problems 🙂
HI,
here are the credentials.
Also, is possible to avoid required admin approval for publishing autos?
Thanks

You could now remove the site from your server as the uploading problem is of couse related to my server.
What about the problem related to main photo upload? It keeps showing me “inser movie” and does not accept images (see attachment). This problem also happens on you demo ->Â http://autozone.templines.org/dealer/sell-your-car-page/

I will do it ASAP.
You are welcome;)
Please do not forget to leave your feedback on our support on themeforest and and get the status of a premium user ( your questions will be considered first ) . Unfortunately, many satisfied users forget to do this and we do not get a very high rating while working really hard. It takes less than a minute. Big Thanks 😉
Hi Alex,
I found some time to try the solution you told last time.
Unfortunately isn’t working for me.
I’m using autozone 3.9.3 and PixAutoDeal 1.5.5

thanks for your support.
I see the option and is enabled but is not working.
I mean, autos still require admin approval
Please check carefully that you are using the correct files as this is different from the original . Thanks
