Hi Alex. As you told me I create a new topic for each problem.
As you told me I deleted all the other plugins in my wordpress and check it again. The only plugins activated were the native of the theme. The form shows the same problem.
Then I tryed to delete form 7 plugin and reinstall it. — results, the same problem.
If you access the admin panel you will only see the mantenience mode plugin. that was installed again afther the test.
I have the site installed in local server (mamp) with all the old plugins and there the form works fine.
Do you know where could be the problem?

Please try use Contact Form 7 FAQ http://contactform7.com/faq/after-submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/
There could be two causes for this. The first is actual mail server trouble, where email cannot be sent. In this case, the error message would be surrounded with a RED border line. Contact your server admin.
Thanks
The email/provider is ok, I tested it in local server and works fine.
Unfortunately I cannot solve problems at the server level
This does not apply to our template

Thanks
The problem was solved.
The problem was that the server has blocked mail functions so was impossible for the form to send emails. I installed the plugin Easy WP SMTP and works fine
I hope my answer will help others with the same problem
