How Do I Create a Footer like The One on Demo?

How do I create a footer like the one you guys have on the demo shown here: http://pix-theme.org/wordpress/autodoc/

There are no footer sections under widgets where footers are usually created.

Actually Alex, while you’re helping me with footer related items, can you take a look at the “pre-footer”? The vertical divider lines between the columns is going above where the orange background ends and bleeds into the white area.
