I purchased your autozone template and I’m having trouble with some items on the home page. I’m using the News Block and Post Grid on the same page, but the Post Grid won’t load if it’s underneath the News Block. It shows the loading graphic, but no content ever populates. It will work if the Post Grid is above the News Block, but on our page it needs to be below. Please help troubleshoot this problem.
Hi
Please give me admin access and problem page url.
Thanks
Hi Alex,
Thank you for your reply, can you please set this up on your server and send me the link showing that it’s working on your end? Giving at admin credentials is not an option.
All you have to do is create a new page and copy paste the code below in the text tab editor and then switch to “Backend Editor” in visual composer. That way you can see exactly how it is set up on my end…
[vc_row][vc_column][block_posts]READ our latest blog news[/block_posts][vc_basic_grid post_type="post" max_items="-1" item="masonryGrid_BlurOut" grid_id="vc_gid:1516858153920-d6163fcf-8f1d-2" taxonomies="210"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Thanks!
Unfortunately I don’t see any problem , if you need any help then please provide me the data .

Alex, I checked the link above on different computers, web browser’s and mobile devices and the problem is still the same… All I see is three dots loading bar… I attached a screenshot, please see the highlighted area in red.
Thanks for your help!

Thank you so much for sending the fix, it’s working perfectly now!
You are welcome))
Please do not forget to leave your feedback on our support on themeforest . Unfortunately, many satisfied users forget to do this and we do not get a very high rating while working really hard. It takes less than a minute. Big Thanks 😉Alexey, I will definitely do that… Is there any way that we can add a category filter to “News Block”?
Thanks!
I should probably be more specific to my question. What I mean by that is I would like to be able to select in visual composer what type of category is displayed through the “News Block”…
please give admin and FTP access to make new blog settings
Thanks
News Block and Post Grid are not working on a same page.
