Upon trying to activate the theme in WP, I received an error. WordPress support identified the following PHP errors:
Warning: include_once(/srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/health/../../../wp-admin/includes/class-walker-nav-menu-edit.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/health/library/core/admin/edit-menu-walker.php on line 3 Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/health/../../../wp-admin/includes/class-walker-nav-menu-edit.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php7.2/lib/php’) in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/health/library/core/admin/edit-menu-walker.php on line 3 Fatal error: Class ‘Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit’ not found in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/health/library/core/admin/edit-menu-walker.php on line 6
I don’t have any PHP knowledge, so I am unsure how to resolve )-:
The only way I know how to grant admin access is to create a new user. I don’t quite understand the steps you provided. I’ve already had WP Support uninstall the theme from WordPress because I couldn’t access my site.
I think the error is coming from…

Do you need help or is everything okay now ?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Dear customer , before you buy a template you need to be confident in your basic knowledge of WordPress since this can cause a lot of questions in the future when setting up your site .
All information is in theme documentation .
Please give me admin and ftp access and i will help you install theme and demo content .
Thanks
I am confident in my basic knowledge, and I did install it properly. I had to have WordPress uninstall the theme because I was getting a 500 error. I am unable to provide you with FTP access because WordPress does not give out that information. I don’t feel comfortable providing admin access at this time.
The error is coming from a missing class: Fatal error: Class ‘Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit’ not found in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/health/library/core/admin/edit-menu-walker.php on line 6
I’m having a developer where I work who is helping look into my issue now.
Problem solved: See below
Private Content HiddenIt seems you are confusing two different platforms and this creates confusion .
Our theme for use directly with https://wordpress.org/ and with second platform can be a problem https://wordpress.com/ .
Please check this article to make it more clear to you .
Thanks
Ahh, that makes sense now. My bad for mixing up the two! Either way, it now seems to be working for my .com site now. Thank you
