I also removed the option in scheduling settings to enter both first and last name to “name” in case that might be reveal the username option at registration and it did not. After a new registration, login doesn’t work because user cannot enter a username, and during registration, username as a field is not available.
Thank you for writing back. Yes the name is there, but the username field is not. I registered a new email address and the confirmation email displayed a blank username. I tried to login with the email address and password, but was told I had the wrong name or password. See attached.
