Use one topic for one question to avoid confusion .
I’m currently editing a website and I need the top menu links to cause the page to scroll to anchor points so I set Row ID to “about” for example. When the user clicks “About Us” in the header menu, I need the page to scroll to the “#about” section. This doesn’t happen. The page transition animation begins and then the page simply refreshes. Is there some kind of setting that I’m supposed to select to prevent this?
