Recently there has been lot of speed issues with the website because of which I reinstalled wordpress and and then the theme. I was not able to activate the theme. After this I downloaded the latest theme files and tried to install and activate the theme which is giving me gateway timeout error. And after this the entire website and the dashboard loads very slow. My website is down now and this is quite urgent now.
Previously I have done installs and updates multiple times and I never faced any issues. This is a bit strange.
Thanks,
Reshma
Here is the error from wordpress
Private Content HiddenI have deleted the autoimage files via FTP and re-installed the theme. I have not activated it yet for you to check. The moment I activate it everything becomes slow and it gives gateway timeout error. Here are the login details
Private Content HiddenPlease give me FTP access . Also, you can ask your hosting provider whether any filter is used that can block your requests to our site 192.34.61.156 .
Thanks
Also, you may be asked to provide us with SSH access ? Thanks
Let me check with my hosting provider and get back to you. Thanks
If it is possible to ask with your hosting provider whether it uses this database abuseipdb.com or another for her firewall ?
Thanks
I have contacted my hosting providers and they said that the IP is not blocked and also they have their own firewall set up
I dont know if you have donw some changes or the hosting changed some configurations, but now I am not getting the timeout error. Theme is not getting activated though
I just sent the FTP details as private content. I cant see them in the posts here. Just confirming
I just tried installing and activating another theme I purchased from Themeforest for another website and its the Embark tour theme and it works perfectly fine. So this has something to do with the autoimage theme specifically. Please check at the earliest possible time.
Thanks
Reshma

I can see the plugins installed now. I am doing the demo import now. Could you please let me know what was causing the issue. As you could see from the screenshot I was trying to install one plugin at a time
The problem is on the side of the intermediate provider Australia – SUPERLOOP that is blocking our connection . Unfortunately I’m not sure that this information will help you as the problem is not in the template . Not it work fine. Thanks
I see. Looks like importing data wont work too. Its been almost 15 mins now and its still importing.
I have tried one click demo import as per the documentation and it doesnt work. It keeps importing and nothing happens. I have waited for more than 45 mins now. I have checked my PHP settings everything is fine. I dont want to ahead with migration and get stuck again after replacing the database. Please help. I have done demo imports before when i initially bought the theme months back. I dont understand whats going wrong now.
