Default import not working

I cant download xml file, print screen attached.

Well, isn’t Default import an alternative option to one click import or vice versa?

Besides, thank you for the  last update(  some improvements) however, contact form still not working after downloading demo.

Can you please just write in here how to fix it if not too difficult?
