when I am in https://www.bicenrentacar.pl/en/cars-2/ English page, I am clicking one of the cars and it redirects me to the Polish page again.

yes you are right but please try to go to page of Car for example Volkswagen Golf, it redirects to the Polish page again

I am using Polylang for pages and Loco translate for plugins strings
