Errors and problems in administration part

Hi,

I have some issue and have some errors in admin panel of the site. They are not visible in public part of the site, but they obstruct the normal work with admin panel.

Do you have any idea what is the problem?
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

The access is correct. Unfortunately you have to scroll down, to see the left side bar.
I suppose that this is effect from the errors… My profile shows the same…

I have attached and FTP access in private content if you need it.

Hi,

After no any actions.
The last actions were before more than a week, when after instalation, I wrote you about the problems with menu in header and the amount in counter boxes.

I gave you access to the admin and FTP and you solved our problems. After that we didn’t do anything in the site for more than a week, and yesterday when we opened it we saw the problem.

The site instalation is totaly clean, how you can see by yourslef. There is only the theme and required plugins even the dummy content is still not changed. We didn’t install any other plugins and made any changes beside this for the menu and logo in header, which you made.

Hope that this information will help you and find solution.

Hi,

I have made new instalation of WP. I have installed the theme… everything is ok until..

Immediately after activating the theme I have receive a lot of errors, mostly the same. When I back the default theme the errors disappears… I suppose that there is some conflict of the theme and some of the hosting settings.

Please check from what is the problem and I will tell to my hosting provider to change it if is from there.

I am using php 7.2 and WP 5.3.2.

I am sending you access to new instalation in private content.

I see that you fixed it, but not in the original site. You have fixed it in the in the new instalation I have made for test purpose only.

Could you fix the problem in the original site?

Problem fixed in theme .

Please do not forget to leave your feedback on our support on themeforest and and get the status of a premium user ( your questions will be considered first ) .
