Go into admin panel > Loco Translate > Plugins > Compare cars > Advanced
and set the following values for the fields
Project name: compare_cars
Text domain: compare_cars
File prefix: compare_cars
Template file: languages/compare_cars.pot
Domain path: languages
Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > Compare cars > Overview
Add new New language and Start translating
