Customizer for autodoc theme and PixTheme do not load

Hi, I bought the autodoc wordpresstheme this month for a new website after working with it on an other old project. no the customizer of the theme doesn´t load and the PixTheme is an empty space. I installed wordpress 5.5, php 7.4. After some investigations I detected the problem must be the theme. WordPress send me this error message:

witch means, your theme has to be updated. I hope you can help me timely because I realy need this website next time. the theme also disturbs the evato marked plugin. If I delate the theme, this plugin is perfectly working.

The website is installed on my LOCALHOST. I do not want to have to move it now to a server … Why do you sell a Theme that breaks your whole system?

I need a fix that i can apply myself. Just tell me which the last known version of WP is that worked with the theme.

Dear , we have been supporting the template for more than 5 years and sometimes we need to make corrections after the new release of WordPress . Unfortunately, it is not always possible to do this quickly for a fairly old product, as envato also has some rules for releasing updates . I heard about this issue 3 days ago before my weekend . At the moment, there are no problems on our side, and in order to investigate each case, we need to have access to your site . At the moment I have not received any concrete evidence of the problem and have to search for it blindly which is very annoying after all the rating hits, instead of solving the problem together . I do not know which version will be stable for you because I do not know exactly how the problem is on your site and you do not want to help me help for you . Please install the theme online or wait for an update .

I understand that stuff like this can happened because you always need to stay up to date but please understand my side also.

Now I have to invest much unnecessary time by transfering the website to a server and then when you fixed it transfering it back to my localhost. Thats a big annoyance …

But i know that you are right and i am sorry if i come off as rude … I just want to have this fixed quickly and i do not have the time for all this back and forth.

I will send you the Data when i find the time. Thanks.

Hey,

here is the data. Please check and make sure everything is working. There are many thing that are broken. For example i cant install new plugins or click on the Themes anymore(Designs -> Themes). All the Hovereffects of the backend also dont work anymore.

This new version is no longer compatible with the old version . We had the choice to delete the template permanently or completely redesign it for the new requirements of the envato market . With this choice, we can still support older customers . Thanks
