Main icon cannot be changed

Hi,

Any idea on why the following step to change icon does not work for me.
1. Goto Appearence -> Customize -> Header Image
2. Add new image
3. Publish
4. Verify the changes
Actual result : Logo not change

Expected Result : Logo should change

Please advise what to do or check. Tell me if you need to have access to my web
