Not all departments are showing up

Hi,

I have made departments and divided them in two major groups by getting two parent departments.

When I want to put them on the front page as an element and list them, I can only see 4-5 departments listed there to select and I have 15 of them.

Also, I have services under departments, when you enter some department, the sidebar is all messed up and not showing all departments or services.

Please help with this.
