Events not working & woocommerce out of date

Hi, we are having issues displaying the evens page, and single events page.

There is just a white page with no html showing.

I had to create a new page template, and put functions in there to display some code. but this is not working correctly either.

We’re having issues on the backend also, with theme options.

Please can you have a look at this ASAP

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your fast reply.

I wrote in my ticket that this only works when I have put the functions into a page template and choose that under the ‘event tempalte’ in the ‘display’ settings. I have changed this back to ‘default events template’ and I get. a blank white screen on all event pages.

I’ve just created a blank install of the theme and plugins with no other plugins being used.

Wordpress and theme is upto date.

Please have a look at the white pages and how to resolve please.

This also doesn’t work on the default template so it doesn’t apply to the template issue and our free support.

Please contact your hosting provider for any errors on these pages.

The hosting provider has come back and they can not see any errors with this.

As I told you earlier , This also doesn’t work on the default template so it doesn’t apply to the template issue and our free support.

Try use other hosting .
