I have an issue with my site with an error in the console regarding an out of date jQuery version:

“Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3”

This is causing issues with other parts of the site the rely on jQuery.

Can you please advise of a fix for this.

Details below. The host is correct, but it requires SFTP as the hosting provider does not allow FTP.
