Product quantity and calendar

Hello,
I have the following needs:

1. all products are managed by quantity (not just one or infinite).
2. a calendar on the back office, where I can see the reservations, modify them or add new ones
3. define 2 Pick-up and 2 Drop-off time slots (not just one and one as it is now)

it’s possible? how can i get these results?
