Order status does not affect to booking calendar

Hi Alex,

When i recive the order and after i change the status to ‘completed’, i can still book that car in the same period as the previous completed order.

I figured out that when i define order status to ‘on hold’, i can’t find that car in search even if the booking dates are not the same, but when i find it in car listing page i can’t select those days .

For example, customer book the car for period 20.06.2022 – 25.06.2022 and i accept it with defining order status to completed.

That car should be disabled for rent (only) in that period. – I wan’t to make it work’s like this.

Hope you understand what problem i have.

What i also just figured out, if i book the car for let’s say 5 days. And i don’t accept or decline that rent, i can’t find that car in search anymore.

Alex, what order satus will make that car available to book only in other days?

I have search for this problem and i see that i’m not only one who got this problem.

Again, if i book the car as customer, that car will be not available to find from search even if the dates are different.

I can understand the complete status logic but there is bug for sure.

Car i booked as customer:

Volkswagen Golf 6

This car can not be finded by search – even if dates are different, and i didn’t change the order status, its still on proccessing.

There are few printscreens that will help you.

Just try to book some of the cars and you will see the problem, after that you can change the status to see what is happening – tottaly unlogic.
1. I book the car
2. After i accept that rent, that car should be disabled for rent in that specific dates
3. If i search for cars in some different dates, that car should be available for rent, even if the status is proccessing or something else.

I figured out something…

If i change the date format in booking tab, i can see that car ( but the date format is wrong, i mean we dont use that date format here ).. So, when i chage the date format car is showing, but the allready booked dates are still available to pick.

Alex please read better what problem i have, i posted this bug like 4 days ago and i updated theme and plugins as you said and i still have problem with this bug.

I can’t book car when its booked once, even if the days are different. Car is not showing!!!

Try this:
1. Pick some car and book it
2. Go again to search and type diferend days, you can’t find that car!! Only when you pick dates like one month later ( There is bug with date formats for sure ) Just have a look what i posted above, i find out what is happening with dates just try it!!
3. Go and accept that rent, car can be booked again ( there is no disabled days )
Please try what i have posted up here and you will find out what is going on.

What part you didn’t understand?

Car search is not working man, if i book a car for specific days, after that i can’t find that car ??

I book a car for 16.06 – 20.06.

If i search for cars in period 01.07 – 10.07 that car will not show???

That is part 1 one my problems.

After that, whatever order status i define it will not affect to booking calendar.

I’m sorry, but your posts are useless here as they only create confusion. It is also not worth mentioning other customers’ posts as they are talking about a different but simular problem, which also creates confusion.

I tested it myself and found the problem.
The home date filter does not work correctly if the car has ever been booked .
We will check it and prepare update .

Please provide me correct FTP access.
