Problems with installation of Suprek theme

I just bought this theme but I am not able to install it properly the theme, it is installed but it does not load properly the content, it does not allow to upload the demo content, I bought today 3 different themes and this is the only one I am having issues to install, I have sent privetaly the login credentials, please help

Do you know why the slide in the fron page is cutted on the top? see image attach, the original does not look like that.

Also, how do i access to the admin? I am using this link admin/change_me but I get an error 404, nothing was found, what is the password?
