I tried to import DEMO content, but it is never-ending. It’s been 12 hours, but it is still in progress. It is clear that something is wrong so I need your assistance to set up and import the demo.

Thanks. When I compare http://www.esignwebdesigns.in/goldenbuscharter/ with theme preview https://preview.themeforest.net/item/bestbus-rental-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/32237022, I see differences, especially a few sections are missing the background images.

For example, the theme preview has the background for “Rent A Van, Truck Or Bus Within Your Budget” and “How Wekar Rentals Are Different,” but the demo content on my website is missing these backgrounds. Also, theme preview looks more intact than us,

I would request you to check and fix it. Thanks

Hi Alex,

Hope you are doing well. I started editing the theme and found that I am not able to delete menu items under “Appearance >> Menu”.

I wanted to have HOME, ABOUT US, SERVICES, PRICING, and GET A QUOTE menu, and pages only so wanted to remove other pages but when I clicked on the “remove” link under the menu item, nothing happened.

This theme was installed just 24 hours ago, but I noticed multiple comments in WP backend. I never saw this. Any reason? I deleted those comments now.

To be honest, my experience with this theme is not good so far. Please make sure that I don’t face such unexpected issues when I start editing the theme.

The problem with the import is due to limitations of your server , please do not blame me for it. It’s also an extra job for me.

Yes, these are comments from a demo site that I had to migrate for you because of your server restrictions and you can remove them.

I will investigate the problem and send you an update .

Thanks for the reply. I don’t know you personally, so I am not blaming you. I purchased the theme, and If I am facing issues, I need to contact to SUPPORT team.

If there is any issue with the server, you need to guide me. If you need any access, please tell me, but I need a smooth experience using your theme. I hope you understand this.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for fixing the issue and I customized the theme.

I did not find the option to remove the “Login” and “Register” links at the top right of the page.

Also, I want to remove the preloading screen where % increased up to 100%.

Please suggest me, and I will make changes. Thanks
