Hi Alex,

My hosting provider said they cannot revert any sites to older versions of PHP. It’s because PHP 7.4 has been deprecated and is no longer receiving support. – So I guess 8.0 is the lowest I can go.

I came across a new warning today that is visible at the top of the header (even without login), and I am unsure about how to remove it. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

WordPress Support PHP 8 is Beta https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/references/php-compatibility-and-wordpress-versions/

Please tell your hosting company not to mislead you and do it because then they should indicate that they do not support WordPress .

It is a temporary solution to find the cause of the problem and it can be done on any normal hosting .
