Can i change the availability hours on a booking?

Can i change the availability hours on a booking?

As it is now the available booking times look like this:

8:15

8:30

8;45

9:00

….

…. and so on

Let’s say i want it to start from 10:00. Can i do that and how?

Also can i disable the time options completely and just keep the date?
