I’m sorry you’re confused but WordPress.com platform works more like a website builder . Please read this article . To work with theme on CMS WordPress.org , you need to use third-party hosting like Godaddy or Bluehost. Thanks

I’m so sorry. Please bare with me. The FTP information is not from wordpress itself? It is where I get my domain from?… which is namescheap. How do i obtain that information

This is a very difficult theme to work with. Usually I am able to install it onto WordPress and begin to edit. So this theme is not compatible because I have namescheap as the domain provider? If so how can I get a refund?

You install it as a plugin, but it’s not a plugin, it’s a theme. Have you seen the documentation? Thanks
