Importing Demo Content spinning wheels (never finishes)

I guess as others have noted there is a problem with the demo importing process of this theme/template!

I would like to get this working please.

I do see the demo content referencing URLs for content that is no longer available, perhaps an updated content file(s) will resolve the issue.

I re ran the demo import.

Seems it worked this time!

Will evaluate it and get back to support if anything else comes up.
