Changing currency symbol

[grossautoParticipant Support Period Has Expired]

Hello, i am editing your template, i was requested to change the russian ruble currency symbol to this: ₽

now the currency is руб

and we need to change that, i tried adding some code in functions (already found it in there but for the australian currency) but didn’t help. please advise.
