contact form not working

I have one Contact Form 7 form and it isn’t working.  I’m getting the following error:

“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

The plugin, the theme, and the WordPress are all up to date.

WP credentials in pvt content box.

This doesn ‘t even work on the default template , so the problem is on your server side . Please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

If your server block email functions please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable function email() or try use plugin Easy WP SMTP .
