Hello,
I have followed the steps in the documentation and installed the demo.
But it showed a white empty scrollable screen.
When I disabled and enabled each of the plugins, it was seen that the WpBakery Page builder causes an issue. When its deactivated the page loads but most of the elements are not showing, instead text versions are shown. WordPress version in 5.9

Also we are facing an issue when we are using wpbakery page editor to edit a page. We have attached few screenshots for more information. Please note we tried this in Chrome, Safari and Edge.

Private Content HiddenImmigrated the demo to your site because the limitations of your server do not allow it to be done in a normal way . You can change any data without any problems. Thanks

I have been trying to work on this theme for last 4 to 5 days. We purchase the premium theme for the ease of creating an awesome website. Also we presume that the support for the site will be good. But in this case, i did not get any help from the team. I was just asked to use Backend Editor. I trieed installing the theme and the plugins. No help!
Private Content HiddenThank you for your compliment but you get the usual author’s theme and unfortunately I ‘m not a corporation but if you look closely, you will notice that my response time is minimal despite the fact that there is a war going on outside my window right now. The quality of the answer depends on the quality of the question . Your problem little different from the problem of the person who created this topic and in order not to create this confusion , you need to create your own ticket.
Reason of problem is not the correct import (server problem) and I have already migrate the correct demo for you. Please use new access admin/admin . Thank you again for your patience and understanding .
