Customizer not working with header content

When using the customizer to change General Settings for email and phone in header type 2, the publish button is greyed out, if I switch to type 1 and back to type 2 I get the publish but it does not save the change.

Hi Alex, I see it works for you in visual mode I just tried and visual does not work for me so I switched to text mode and the publish activated and saved the change. I tested this in 2 browsers and both Chrome and Firefox behaved the same way, change must be done in text mode. For me that’s fine as I can work in any mode. I just fine it odd as I was able to make other changes in visual mode for the header. Thank you please consider this issue resolved.
