Hi Templines Support,
I successfully followed the installation instructions for a development/sandpit site: https://templines.com/autoimage-documentation/#install_theme
I now with to move my licenses from the development/sandpit site to my main domain per the advice at the above weblink: “If you are using a development site, you can deactivate your code to move your site to the main domain.”
On the development site, I successfully deleted the purchase code, and then saved, the Autoimage theme.
I added the purchase code to the theme on the new domain, and successfully saved, but receive a raft of error messages such as “theme not activated”, “your support has expired”, “New version available. Unfortunately, your support period is expired but you can renew your support on market.” and others.
While I was previously able to perform the demo-import on the development site, on my new domain I receieve the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
My best guess as to what is causing these error messages is that the deactivated development site it still recorded in either a Templines or Envato subscription database somewhere, preventing the new site’s subscription to be activated.
Please advise.

Please do not forget to leave your feedback on our support on themeforest and and get the status of a premium user ( your questions will be considered first ) . Unfortunately, many satisfied users forget to do this and we do not get a very high rating while working really hard. It takes less than a minute. Big Thanks 😉
