We just migrated the website from development servers to live servers.  In wp-admin, I am getting the following error (warning:

I host this site with Hostgator.  With CPanel access, you can create the FTP account.  Is there a reason why I need to do this?  I have attached the CPanel access for you.  If there is a specific reason why I need to have Hostgator set this up, please advise.

Hostgator says that this is what you need.  Let me know what the issue is and I will resolve with Hostgator

Hi, Alex,

There is a problem with the ability to edit the content on the fixed site.

Note: Footer information does not show on the front end.  (see screenshot)

If I go to Static blocks>Footer:  the information is there but when you look at the front end the information does not appear (see screenshot)

On the Contact Page – there is no visual editor. (see screenshot)

Front end the contact page has no contact info or form even though it is in the back end

This was not like this before the fix.

Please update all theme plugins .
