Header of First Pages always shows "POSTS"

Hey I have a problem. When I look at one of my pages the Title in the Header is shown corectly. When I change it to be my main Page the Title automaticly changes to “Pages”.

I have no Idea my this is happening and how I can fix it.

Maybe somewone can help me.
