Not the same in the demo and minor adjustments??

There are a few things I`d like to change on the theme and things that arent in my demo but are in the online demo (only minor things)

 

• How do I remove the Home breadcrumb in the header?
• How do I remove the Leave a reply at the bottom of the page?
• In the demo the little yellow “title with background” is under the black bar yet mine are all in the bar for some reason?

One other thing is how can I make the header logo bigger?
