Page Header adjustments

I am trying to adjust the background colour of the page header, left-alignment the content, and place some of the page content items into the title section. Can you please advise?

I should add, I’ve used a solid colour background image to adjust the colour for now, but I’d like to be able to change it for the footer too.

See attached header shot. I have changed the almost-black background colour to the navy using a solid colour SVG file as I could not get the colour to change using custom CSS.

Same issue occurs for the footer – cannot change the background colour or font colours using custom CSS

I saw the footer colour had changed. Is it possible to find out where to change this myself and so it doesn’t revert when upgrades happen?
