Hello, my site is acting up and I bought the latest version of Autozone. My dev is telling me that I need to reach out to you regarding this issue? This is his comment below…
“The plugin Pixcustom is a theme-bundled plugin, however, I was not able to update it as its files were not available, and if this plugin is active, it will cause a critical error on the homepage as per screenshot https://prnt.sc/AujABqOPpbfv
I deactivated this plugin, however, certain content is missing on the homepage as an example, and I believe this could be the issue with the Pixcustom being inactive. Since it is out of our scope for us to resolve this issue by custom coding, I must let you know that you will have to reach out to a theme developer support in order for assistance here: https://support.templines.com/
I have noticed a similar thread on their support forum for the same issue and they are manually resolving it for their customer as you can see in this thread: https://support.templines.com/forums/topic/bug-with-pixtheme-custom-after-updating/
Simply provide them the issue that we are getting in the screenshot so they can take a look and resolve it.”
