We really appreciate your experience, but it is much faster and clearer to solve problems separately . Sometimes your questions has to go to another support agent which makes it impossible when it’s all in one place . Also, the new agent can easily understand the problem instead of reading everything . It is also more convenient for other buyers who find a solution on their own . Thanks
