Sidebar & footer options missing

Hello, I can not find a  sidebar oder footer area for any widgets to add. Its not listed under appearances. Where do I find them? Thank you for your help! I installed the theme, child theme and the plugin.

urgh, I never used ftp, so Idont know what to do. Maybe can I refund this theme at Themeforest? So we dont have the annoying issues. :/

I dont want to do all the things I never need before just because of some error in a single themefunction. That theme its not worth my time and work i have to spend for it. :/

The admin login should work like before. I just deleted the Webftp. Take a look, if you can find something at this problem. If you cant solve this at the WP Backend I hope we will find a agreement.
